About the role. Forward Deployed Engineers are the bridge between CIS engineering and the customer. You sit with client teams, translate messy operational problems into working software, and deploy AI agents, automations and integrations directly into their stack — then stay with it until it delivers measurable value.
What you'll do
- Embed with client teams, on-site and remotely, to map processes, data and systems
- Design and build AI agents, automations and integrations against live production stacks — CRM, ERP, Bitrix24, messaging, cloud
- Prototype fast and demo often; iterate with real users instead of writing specs in isolation
- Own deployment, adoption and handover, including training and documentation
- Feed field learnings back into CIS delivery playbooks and reusable components
What you bring
- 2+ years building software or automations in a delivery or client-facing role
- Strong scripting skills — Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar — and comfort with APIs and webhooks
- Working knowledge of LLMs and agent frameworks, or the appetite to learn them quickly
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders, and comfort with ambiguity
- Willingness to travel to client sites across India and the UAE
Nice to have
- Bitrix24, CRM or ERP integration experience
- Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), RPA, or data pipeline work
- Power BI or dashboarding experience

About the role. This is the build seat. Where our Forward Deployed Engineers sit with clients, you go deep on the engineering — designing and shipping the AI agents, automations and integrations that power CIS delivery, and turning one-off client solutions into reusable components the whole team can deploy.
What you'll do
- Build production AI agents and copilots — retrieval, tool use, guardrails, evaluation and monitoring
- Develop workflow automations and RPA across sales, service, HR and finance processes
- Integrate with CRM, ERP, telephony and messaging platforms via APIs and webhooks
- Harden prototypes into maintainable services with logging, error handling and audit trails
- Turn repeat client patterns into reusable internal accelerators
- Review approaches with the team and keep our stack current as the tooling shifts
What you bring
- 2+ years building production software or automation systems
- Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, and solid API and data-handling fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLMs — prompting, agent frameworks, RAG or fine-tuning
- A pragmatic bias toward what ships and holds up in production, not what demos well
- Comfort working from ambiguous requirements alongside consultants and clients
Nice to have
- Cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP), containers, CI/CD

About the role. Our Functional Consultants own the business side of a Bitrix24 engagement. You run discovery with client stakeholders, map current processes, design the target way of working, then configure Bitrix24 to match — CRM pipelines, workflows, tasks, portals and reporting. You are the person the client trusts to say what the system should do and why.
What you'll do
- Run discovery workshops with sales, service, HR and operations stakeholders
- Map as-is processes and design the to-be workflow inside Bitrix24
- Configure CRM pipelines, custom fields, automation rules, business processes and permissions
- Write functional specs and hand technical requirements to developers where customization is needed
- Deliver UAT, user training and go-live support — then drive adoption after launch
- Own the client relationship through delivery and flag risks early
What you bring
- 2+ years implementing CRM or ERP platforms in a functional, client-facing role
- Hands-on Bitrix24 configuration experience, or strong CRM skills plus the drive to master it quickly
- Ability to translate business language into system design — and back again
- Confident running workshops and training sessions with senior stakeholders
- Clear written English for specs, documentation and client communication
Nice to have
- Bitrix24 certification or Gold Partner delivery experience

About the role. You are the first conversation a prospective client has with CIS. This is consultative selling for genuinely technical work — you'll qualify real transformation problems, bring the right specialists into the room, and build the partner relationships that open new markets for us across India, the UAE and beyond.
What you'll do
- Own outbound and inbound pipeline for AI, automation, Bitrix24 and CRM/ERP engagements
- Run discovery conversations that qualify on business problem and budget, not just interest
- Coordinate solution consultants for demos, audits and proposals
- Build and manage partner and reseller relationships, including the Bitrix24 ecosystem
- Own commercial terms through to signature, working with delivery on realistic scope
- Keep the CRM accurate — we run our own Bitrix24 and expect clean forecasting
What you bring
- 2+ years in B2B sales, partnerships or business development, ideally in software, SaaS or IT services
- Ability to hold a credible conversation about business process and technology without overpromising
- Track record of building pipeline from scratch, not just closing inbound
- Excellent written and spoken English; regional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel for client and partner meetings across India and the UAE
Nice to have
- Experience selling CRM, ERP or automation projects
- An existing network in the UAE or Indian mid-market
- Familiarity with Bitrix24 or comparable platforms
