Bitrix24 Vibe is the platform's 2026 update. Rather than bolting AI on as a separate feature, it embeds AI into the tools people already use every day. The centerpiece is CoPilot: one assistant that onboards new users, finds and analyzes data, generates content and automates work — and offers context-aware actions depending on whether you're in sales, tasks or chat.
CoPilot: one assistant, everywhere
Instead of learning many different AI features, users get a single, consistent assistant. In CRM it transcribes and summarizes calls and autocompletes deal fields. In projects it answers questions about deadlines, spots risks and summarizes context so new members onboard faster. In chat it turns selected messages into ready-to-use tasks. Automation Studio
Automation Studio brings no-code workflow creation into Bitrix24. Instead of building automations by hand, you describe what you need in a chat with CoPilot and the AI creates the workflow — which you can review and adjust before it goes live. For operations teams, this collapses weeks of process work into a conversation.
Vibe Coding: apps without code
Vibe Coding is Bitrix24's new platform for creating custom apps for your workspace without writing code. You describe the app you need and AI helps build the right solution. It's a no-code, AI-guided approach that produces secure, tailored solutions integrated with Bitrix24 — and it works with developer tools such as Codex and Claude Code. This is "vibe coding" in the enterprise sense: AI agents write the code while people describe the intent.
